6 suggestions for stainless steel pallet maintenance

Regular maintenance work can effectively extend the service life of the equipment, but people who don't know much about steel pallets may not know about the maintenance work of it. So, how to do a good job in the maintenance of stainless steel pallets in the use process?
The humidity in the room shall be maintained within the normal value. The stackable steel pallets shall be away from the humidifier, which will cause metal corrosion and chromium plating film stripping. When cleaning the steel pallet, do not wash it with boiling water. Wipe it with a wet cloth, but do not wash it with running water.
Acid and alkali, which are corrosive to steel pallets, are the "number one killer" of cages. If the factory galvanized steel pallet is inadvertently stained with acid (such as sulfuric acid, vinegar), alkali (such as methylalkali, soapy water, soda water), the dirty part shall be washed with clear water immediately, and then dried with a dry cotton cloth.
The steel stacking pallets shall be placed away from the direct sunlight outside the window. The steel pallet will change color when it is exposed to the sun for a long time; the colored paint layer will dry and peel off, and the metal will be oxidized.
Hire experienced forklift driver to operate it, which can improve the stability of technology and avoid the box from being damaged by forklift.
If the heavy duty steel pallet is rusted, do not sand it with sandpaper. If the rust is small and light, it can be applied to the rust with cotton yarn dipped in engine oil. After a while, the rust can be eliminated by wiping with a cloth. If the rust has expanded and become heavy, relevant technicians should be invited to repair it.
